Gorillaz’ Feature Documentary to Debut One Night Global Film Event

Award-winning animated Rock/Rap/Pop supergroup Gorillaz are the subject of a new feature-length documentary dubbed Gorillaz: Reject False Icons, directed by Denholm Hewlett. Slayer has shared another teaser from the Repentless Killogy Film, making its debut in theaters on November 6th in a global even in conjunction with Trafalgar Releasing, Nuclear Blast Records and Prime Zero Productions.  The deluxe package for purchase is also available on November 8th as the band continues its final tour dates ever. The one-night-only event will feature the short film paired with Slayer’s entire performance filmed at its August 5, 2017 concert at the Los Angeles Forum. Slayer to Host a One Night Only Global Screening of “The Repentless Killogy”

Slayer, in conjunction with Trafalgar Releasing, Nuclear Blast Records and Prime Zero Productions have announced the upcoming release of the new short narrative film and concert, Slayer: The Repentless Killogy, coming to theaters worldwide for a one-night event on November 6. Due to be screened in over 1500 theaters around the world. Tickets will be on sale starting October 9 at the link below. MErch and pre-orders are on sale now! The plot of the story is revenge, murder, bloodshed and retribution. The Repentless Killogy film was written and directed by BJ McDonnell, who conceived and directed the three brutal music videos – “You Against You,” “Repentless,” and “Pride in Prejudice”- for Slayer’s final studio album Repentless (2015). Metallica and The San Francisco Symphony Perform Second Show at The Chase Center

Metallica performed last night with The San Francisco Symphony for the second time to complete their “S & M 20” performances this weekend, that opened the brand new Chase Center in the Bay Area, the bands’ hometown of San Francisco. They played essentially the same setlist as night one, playing hits and new classics. The band did perform the full version of the Kill Em All classic ‘Anesthesia… Pulling Teeth’, which is rarely performed anymore. The second show was not originally planned but was a thank you to fans and fan club members for getting screwed by bots buying up most of the tickets. Metallica performed last night with The San Francisco Symphony to crown their “S & M 20” performances this weekend, and christened the brand new Chase Center, the newest sports arena in the Bay Area.
