Chart-Topping Pop and Rock Singer Eric Carmen Has Died 


Iconic Pop and Rock Singer Eric Carmen has died. He was 74 years old. A post from his family broke the news that he passed, over this past weekend, but the news was not reported until Monday, March 11th. Rising to fame in the 1970s with the Power Pop Rock band The Raspberries, Carmen would go on to have tons of hit singles and charting albums for the next four decades. He also wrote and produced hits for other artists as well. Carmen is best known for the hits “Go All the Way” (with The Raspberries) then as a solo artist he had “All by Myself”, “Never Gonna Fall in Love Again”, “She Did It”, “Hungry Eyes” (from the1980s movie hit Dirty Dancing, and “Make Me Lose Control.” R.I.P.  Continue reading
