The band started playing their Soundgarden covers they played I Am The Highway, Chris Cornell Tribute Concert. ‘All Your Lies’ originally appeared on Ultramega OK (SST) in 1988. Metallica is on tour again for this leg of dates through February 1st.
Metallica resumed their Worldwired World Tour last night in Oklahoma City! Playing their usual career-spanning set, the band tossed in a surprise for fans. They played their covered of Soundgarden’s ‘Head Injury’, first played a few days earlier at the I Am The Highway, Chris Cornell Tribute Concert. ‘Head Injury’ originally appeared on Ultramega OK (SST) in 1988 and is said to be a favorite of James Hetfield. Metallica is on tour again for this leg of dates through February 1st.
