Rockers Five Finger Death Punch have confirmed that Charlie “The Engine” Engen is recording drums for the bands’ new album, due out later in 2019. The band has been sharing a series of videos from the studio updating their process and made the reveal in a new episode. Engen first stepped in as a fill-in for their last headline tour to replace founding drummer Jeremy Spencer who had to retire from the band and touring last fall due to ongoing back issues. Jeremy Spencer Forced To Step Down From Five Finger Death Punch Due To Back Issues


Five Finger Death Punch, who just completed a whirlwind year of touring behind their new album And Justice For None (Eleven Seven Music), have announced a change in the ranks. After fourteen years drummer, Jeremy Spencer will be leaving the band. After sitting out the Fall leg of the group’s recent co-headlining tour with Breaking Benjamin, Jeremy underwent a second back surgery still needs much recovery time in the future.
