The Black Queen Releases Fifth Anniversary Edition of “Fever Daydream”


The Black Queen’s debut album Fever Daydream (interview here) turned five years old last week and the band celebrated with a merch drop, including limited edition vinyl that immediately sold out. Now they have released a deluxe digital edition of the album expanded to 39 tracks with demos, alternate takes, and other gems.

During The Black Queen’s (members of The Dillinger Escape Plan, Teflon Tel Aviv) headline tour of the US this spring, Ghost Cult’s Keefy caught up with Steven Alexander at Music Hall of Williamsburg for an interview. Greg Puciato of The Black Queen To Release Book, Tour Upcoming


Just yesterday we marked the one year anniversary of the end of The Dillinger Escape Plan, in the year since Greg Puciato has kept busy with his band The Black Queen. Their excellent new album Infinite Games is out now via Federal Prisoner, a label and art collective and extension of the band. The label will release Greg’s new book Separate The Dawn. In early 2019. Separate The Dawn is “220 pages of poetry, photography, and manipulated photography culled from a much larger collection of journal entries, free writing, and photos that mostly manifested from September 2016 to December 2017. 5.5″x 8.5″. Hardcover. Edition of 1000. First press. There will not be a softcover. Digital/e-book release will be at a later date.
