Sindre Nedland, Vocalist of In Vain Has Died, Age 40

Sindre Nedland, vocalist of the Progressive Black Metal band In Vain has died. He was just 40 years old. Nedland lost his battle with cancer which he battled for the last year, and previously has battled and fought into submission. In Vain shared the news of his passing and described it as “surreal.” The band and Nedland referenced his prior bout with cancer in the track “Season of Unrest” on In Vain’s most recent album Solemn. Ann Willson Reveals Cancer Diagnosis in a Letter to Fans, Heart Cancels Remaining 2024 Tour Dates

Ann Willson, the legendary lead singer of the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame band has cancer. She made the announcement in a letter to fans on social media. She recently had a surgery, that led to the cancelation of their summer headline tour of Europe. Now the group has canceled their remaining 2024 “Royal Flush” tour dates as well. A GoFundMe Has Been Launched for Lou Koller of Sick Of It All in His Fight Against Esophageal Cancer

New York Hardcore legend Lou Koller, frontman of Sick of It All has announced he is undergoing treatment for esophageal cancer. The band cancelled their upcoming European tour and many fans were upset and left wondering why. The band shared a video statement from Lou, explaining that doctors have found a tumor in his esophagus. Koller will have to undergo treatment all Summer, but hopes to be back in action later in the year or next winter at the latest. Now in an update, Lou’s brother Pete Koller of Sick of It All has launched a GoFundMe which has already raised over 171k dollars (USD). Please donate what you can to Lou.
