Capulet Fest Ticket Holders File a Class Action Lawsuit Against Capulet Entertainment

Following the disastrous events surrounding second annual Capulet Festival, and according to a published report from Lambgoat, a Class Action lawsuit has been filed against the festival. The lawsuit alleges that Capulet Entertainment engaged in deceptive advertising and made misleading representations of the event, ultimately failing to deliver on the promises made to ticket holders. As we previously reported, the Connecticut Attorney General has announced an investigation into Capulet Entertainment LLC.
