Pop punk trip Youth League is streaming their new music video for “For John,” off of their debut EP First, out now via Cardigan Records. The band will be hitting the road with Iselia and Bear Girl in July.

Youth League Releasing First On April 21st, Stream “Youth/Old”

Wilmington, NC post pop trio Youth League has signed with Cardigan Records and will be releasing their debut EP titled First on April 21, 2015. The band was started by brothers Mike and Zach Large on guitar/vocals and drums respectively, from the ashes of math aggressors Virgin Lung. They later recruited bassist Jaffar Omar Obi Castillon-Martinez. Clocking in at just 16 minutes, it’s hard to tell if these six jams are punk ragers with a deceptive technical streak running throughout or thunderous prog/math compositions that never descend into repetitive self-parody.
