North Carolina alternative rockers Unifier are streaming a new song “Break” off their upcoming Gutted EP, out March 24, 2015 via Spartan Records below.
Frontman Aslan Freeland says:
“Our new EP is about reinvention, both as individuals and a band, and we wanted the title Gutted to reflect that — but with the bleak connotation in which we experienced it,”
Bassist Luke Rayson adds,
“The song is about our struggles together as a band, that so many musicians encounter. The desperation to succeed and dedication to one another during personal and collectively hard times whether it be emotionally, financially or medically.”
The label has also re-released the band’s 2011 EP, Oh, Great City with 3 bonus tracks and new artwork.
