System of A Down has already been announced for festivals such as Download in 2020, and now added new festivals and headline shows for Europe next summer. All dates are below, but not all are on sale yet. The band played a couple of U.S. Music festivals this past May, including headlining slots at Columbus, Ohio’s Sonic Temple Festival and Chicago Open Air which Ghost Cult attended and were as great as ever! The band has repeatedly teased making new music, only to fight in the press and blame creative differences as to why they are not making a new album any time soon. Their last new music was their companion releases Mezmerize and Hypnotize albums, in 2005.
