The band was formed in 2021 by Jack Carino and Jillian Keats. Over the course of many months of playing around with riff ideas and sketching out rough song structures, the band really started gaining productive momentum when Adam Kaniper stepped up to the plate to play drums for the first time ever in a band. The lineup continued to grow and change since the release of the 2022 mmxxii demo until local contemporary, Kevin Henson (ex Kissies/raptureisdead!), who the band often played shows with, was invited to play drums. This led to Kaniper taking up the role of being the second guitarist, an instrument he was much more familiar with, and filling out the sound everyone had envisioned. Quickly after a few months of getting tighter and more confident as a new lineup, the band began working on the first song all the members would collaborate on, “House Fire.” This chaotic single was featured on the 2024 four way split with Pyre, Final Resting Pose, and Who Put Bella in the Witch Elm. The quartet has performed with bands like Dillinger Escape Plan, Saetia, Botfly, NØ MAN, and Nuvolascura, becoming fast favorites thanks to their classic skramz stylings.
