Steve Riley, Drummer for LA Guns and W.A.S.P. Has Died

Steve Riley, the former drummer of LA Guns and W.A.S.P., and the recent founder and drummer of Riley’s LA Guns, has died. He was 67. According to a post from his social media pages Steve struggled with health issues, and died after a brief battle with pneumonia. Steve was a great drummer and played on some of the most biggest and most popular Heavy Metal releases of all-time. We spoke to Steve after the settlement that allowed him to have his version of LA Guns, Riley’s LA Guns and make several releases as RIley’s LA Guns on Golden Robot Records. The band had a new full-length release planned for 2024. Steve was also a passionate entrepreneur and expert graphic designer as well. Rest in Peace.
