Springbok Nude Girls Share New Video for “Crystal Ball” – New Album Out Now!

South African rock icons Springbok Nude Girls just dropped their highly anticipated album Partypocalypse via Mongrel Records . The first new studio recording in 13 years, has already been hailed as their best release to date by fans, peers, and media alike. Twenty-six years after their first show, and two decades after the release of “Blue Eyes” the song that redirected the trajectory of the group, they have released 11 albums, two live recordings, an EP, two DVD releases, and a UK-exclusive release in their career. The band has shared a new video for “Crystal Ball” – shot, directed, and edited by renowned artist and sculptor Lionel Smit, who worked on both the “Emerging Submarines” and “Rolling Thunder” videos. Watch it now!

“Crystal Ball is about how troubled relationships spawn unpredictable futures and emotional turmoil. Lionel Smit successfully captured the dark ambiance of the song.” explains vocalist Arno Carstens.

The official album launch show is taking place tomorrow night, 2nd October at The Daisy Jones Bar in Stellenbosch with special guests Ethyl Ether. Although VIP and general tickets are sold out the show will be streamed live so fans worldwide can still join the Partypocalypse.
