Slipknot’s Clown to Miss Their Upcoming Tour and Festivals Due to a Family Illness

Slipknot mastermind percussionist M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan will miss the band’s upcoming shows due to his wife’s health. Crahan will support his wife, and not tour for the time being. As of now, there is no replacement announced. We wish Shawn and his wife the best during this difficult situation. Read the band’s statement on social media.

“Hello to all of our fans, it’s the clown. I would like to take a moment to tell everyone that I’m back home supporting my wife through some health issues, and I’ll be back on the road as soon as I can.

“We’ve been through this before and as always, we appreciate the love and support. See all of you very soon. Thank you.”
