Serj Tankian Confirms System of A Down Will Headline Sick New World 2026

Following up on a story originally broken by Ghost Cult Magazine, System Of A Down’s Serj Tankian has confirmed that the band will be headlining the 2026 Sick New World festival in Las Vegas, NV. The frontman shared the news while answering a fan’s question during a signing session. As we previously reported, System Of A Down recently teased a return of Sick New World during their stadium shows in North America this summer. The 2025 Sick New World fest was to have featured Metallica and Linkin Park, but not SOAD and was cancelled due to “unforseen circumstances.”
