Red Hot Chili Peppers and Måneskin Win 2022 MTV Video Music Awards


 

The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Måneskin won big at the  2022 MTV Video Music Awards last night – August 28th, 2022. The official ceremony took place at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. Rock N Roll Hall of Famers, the Chili Peppers presented the ‘Global Icon’ Award and performed a medley of songs. They also took home the award for Best Rock with their track “Black Summer.“ Eurovision winner and global sensation Måneskin‘s “I Wanna Be Your Slave” won the ‘Best Alternative’ award.
