Patrick Kindlon, vocalist of Drug Church, is continuing his strong run in the comics world with the upcoming Tigress Island, a new five-issue limited series launching via Image Comics on March 11, 2026.

Beyond his work in music, Kindlon has steadily built a reputation as a sharp, confrontational comics writer. His previous titles include Gehenna Naked Aggression, Frontiersman (Image Comics), We Can Never Go Home (Black Mask Studios), Shoplifters Will Be Liquidated, and Survival Fetish, all of which showcase his interest in flawed characters, moral ambiguity, and pressure-cooker environments.

Tigress Island is about a group of down-on-their-luck actresses who are kidnapped to an island prison run by a sadistic female warden. Working together is their only chance of escape, but trust issues abound! Action-adventure inspired by exploitation films. Ridiculously fun. Seriously sexy. The series reinforces Kindlon’s growing status as one of the more compelling crossover voices bridging punk, hardcore, and indie comics.
