Patricia Perissinoto Kisser, the wife of Sepultura guitarist Andreas Kisser passed away Sunday morning (July 3, 2022) after a multi-year battle with colon cancer. She was just 52 years old, and celebrated a birthday the day before. Both Sepultura and Kisser’s family posted the news on social media. wrote: “It is with deep sadness that we have to share that Patricia Perissinoto Kisser passed away this morning. She will remain in our memories forever. “We want to thank all our friends and family for all the support and messages of love. “We ask for privacy during this difficult time.” Andreas and Patricia had been together for 32 years after first getting together in 1990. They married in 1994. Sepultura is on tour in Europe with a fill-in guitarist for Kisser, Jean Patton of fellow Brazilian band Project46.
