Pantheist Shares a New Single and Live Video – “O Solitude” Performed at Organic Doom Vol. I

Progressive Doom band Pantheïst has shared a new live performance video of their classic track, “O Solitude!” The track will be featured on their just announced 2024 EP, Kings Must Die,  releasing from Melancholic Realm Productions on on March 8th! Pre-orders will go live in January. Watch the clip now!

Performed at Huddersfield Town Hall, Organic Doom Vol I on the 12th June 2023. Audio recorded, mixed and mastered by Mark Mynett. Video edited by Tiberiu Lefterache.

A Unique Live Performance Mixed and Mastered for you! 

Hi ,
Our new EP ‘Kings Must Die’ has been announced! It will be released on the 8th March 2024 by our own label Melancholic Realm Productions. 

In June 2023 we played a remarkable gig at Huddersfield Town Hall, for an event called Organic Doom Vol I. The idea of the event was to promote the pipe organ to audiences outside of the usual ‘church music’ and so we collaborated for the first time with a live pipe organist. Considering our music has been featuring pipe organ sounds since our 2001 demo ‘1000 Years’,  this was a landmark moment for us, and many asked us then whether this performance would be captured for posterity!

We can now reveal that we were lucky enough to work with Mark Mynett (Kill II This, producer of the last two My Dying Bride albums) who captured the audio professionally and then carefully mixed and mastered it so that we are able to feature it in its entirety on our upcoming EP! The 35 minutes recorded at the event will be added to a lengthy new studio track, so that the new EP exceeds our previous full-length album in time! But more about the rest of this EP later…

For now we are proud to present you a video of ‘O Solitude’ which contains the professionally mastered audio featured on the EP. The performance was captured with four camera’s and our drummer’s son Tiberiu did once again an outstanding job editing the footage into an exciting, naturally flowing watching experience.
