Pantera Reschedules Shows to Grieve the Loss of Ozzy Osbourne


Following the tragic passing of Ozzy Osbourne, Pantera has announced schedule changes to their ongoing summer tour on their social media. The legendary band released a heartfelt statement remembering Ozzy not only as a metal icon but as family: “A mentor, a brother, and a constant presence in our lives both on and off the stage. The bond we shared with him ran far deeper than music.”mm

In light of the loss, Pantera is postponing and canceling select dates to allow the band, crew, and fans time to mourn.

Rescheduled Shows:

July 28 – Saratoga Springs, NY → Rescheduled to Tuesday, September 9

July 31 – Holmdel, NJ → Rescheduled to Monday, September 8

Canceled Dates:

July 29 – Gilford, NH

September 8 – Birmingham, AL

September 10 – Virginia Beach, VA

Fans who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster will receive automatic refunds. Those who purchased tickets from third-party platforms (such as StubHub or SeatGeek, etc) should contact their original point of purchase.

The remainder of Pantera’s North American tour continues with support from Amon Amarth, King Parrot, Shock Narcotic, and Jesus Wept on select dates.

Despite the heavy circumstances, the tour presses on as a tribute to the legacy and influence of Ozzy Osbourne, The Prince of Darkness.
