Nine Inch Nails released two EPs in the last 15 months and was supposed to have shared a third by the end of 2017. The trilogy of releases that included Not The Actual Events and Add Violence has gained some direction on the final chapter, which should be done in time for the band’s next show this June in London. Trent Reznor shared some details in an interview with BBC Radio 6. Trent also announced headlining appearance at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England on June 24th. Black Moth Super Rainbow will open.
“We started out with a rigid concept, having not written them all. As we finished Add Violence we found ourselves… it felt too predictable. It felt like we were forcing things. Musically and storytelling-wise. The reason this has been delayed is because it took us a while for—what has become the third EP—to reveal itself to us.”
