As we previously reported Guns N Roses has definitely been the in the studio in the last year and recorded new music, thought to be a cover for Record Store Day Black Friday. Now a report says that GNR rushed to finish a new song for inclusion on the upcoming Terminator Dark Fate movie! If you recall at the height of GNR mania in the early 1990s, the band was everywhere, including the Terminator 2 soundtrack with ‘You Could Be Mine!” An Australian GN’R fan page has reported that a new song is done and will be on the soundtrack. If this is true, it will be a major major rock music event in 2019. This is strictly in the “well-placed rumor” department, but it has some merit. Read below and decide for yourself! GNR booked a slew of tour dates this fall for major festivals that will bring the band to cities across the United States, along with two colossal stadium dates in Mexico. The wide range of festivals GN’R will hit include Louder Than Life, Austin City Limits, Exit 111 and Voodoo Music + Arts Experience.
“A source who was working On Terminator dark fate has informed that 4 members of guns n roses went to a private viewing of a rough copy of the upcoming Arnold Schwarzenegger sequel movie to see if they want to put a song on the soundtrack. Apparently, Slash was at axls house to record overdubs on a song for the rush release. At this point the song name is unknown. But yes 100% verified. Guns n roses new music.”
