In 2019 when Machine Head reunited most of their classic lineup for the Burn My Eyes 25 tour, the band performed a playthrough of the entire album, which they then shared as video on YouTube, and eventually released it on a limited edition vinyl. The widely successful sold-out BME25 tour was halted by the pandemic, but the band recently performed together again on a livestream for the 27th anniversary of the album release. The band just shared the live studio recording to all streaming services now!
BURN MY EYES (LIVE-IN-THE-STUDIO 2019)
As part of the 2019 ‘Burn My Eyes’ 25th Anniversary Tour Robb, Jared, and original BME-alumni Chris Kontos and Logan Mader went into Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, California and re-recorded their debut album in-its-entirety live in the studio, no polishing, warts-n-all. While half the album was available via singles, for the first time, the full album is now up on all digital service providers.
