Livealie (ex-Oceans Ate Alaska) Share Video Single “Forget Me Not”

Livealie – an independent metal four-piece from both New York City and London – recently released their new video for the track “Forget Me Not.” Fronted by James Harrison, ex-vocalist of Oceans Ate Alaska, with guitarist Andrew Robles, drummer Brandon Lee, and bassist and clean singer Jordan Lee Corman, they are also planning to drop a full album in 2024, under the title Living In The Static. Check out the latest video and more from the band below.

Harrison commented on Instagram “Creativity may seem like a gift to some, but most of the time I carry it as a heavy burden. My mind never rests, always searching for the next great idea, however fleeting, no matter the consequences. For the four of us this has been a trial of perseverance. We set out to be different, something people can connect with through art, music and fashion. Pushing the boundaries of what an independent metal band could accomplish. We now stand on the other side as best friends and something we are extremely proud of. This release is a love letter to the metal scene. An open door into the darkest shadows of my mind.

Hoping to redefine what it means to be a metal band, they’ve found a way to make the transatlantic musical and creative process work by forming bonds with one another, collaborating with local visionaries, and engaging in community discussions with fans that need to let their mind’s wander — or what the group likes to call “anonymous confessions.”
