Metal legend Dave Lombardo (Suicidal Tendencies, Dead Cross, Satanic Planet, ex-Slayer)  and his wife Paula have released “The Gift” – “a romantic love song for the holiday season, written by my wife and I.” according to the video on YouTube. The song interpolates the melody of “Christmas Time Is Here” by Jazz great Vince Guaraldi, as made popular from the animated special It’s Christmas Charlie Brown. Listen to it here.
