Lindsay Schoolcraft just put her survival story on wax. The former Cradle of Filth keyboardist and vocalist released Harrowing on yellow-and-purple burst vinyl, and the gold-foil first pressing includes a bonus track you can only get on physical. Grab your copy before the foil edition disappears.

The 12″ pressing features a full-color printed jacket with gold foil accents, plus a printed sleeve with lyrics and credits. The foil jacket is limited to the first pressing. Once it sells out, Schoolcraft retires it and switches to standard packaging. The vinyl also carries “Losing It,” a bonus track missing from the digital release.
Schoolcraft also gives back with this run. Two Canadian dollars from every first-pressing gold-foil CD and vinyl go to a local charity that supports women, children, and minorities escaping unsafe homes. She plans to name the charity at the end of 2026.
Harrowing landed digitally in June. It’s Schoolcraft’s third full-length, and she co-produced it with Justin deBlieck of Motionless in White. The album traces survival, rebirth, and healing from narcissistic abuse, with each song marking a stage of recovery, from awareness and sorrow through anger and hope to letting go. Nu metal grooves, metalcore weight, and rocktronica pulses collide with classical strings and choirs. Xenoyr adapted Alphonse Mucha‘s L’Illustration (Noël 1897) for the cover art.
“My hope is that this album is found by the people who need it,” Schoolcraft said when the album dropped. “This is my story of survival and it’s dedicated to every survivor out there.”
Ghost Cult covered the album’s digital release here.
