Check out the new song below and find out more.
“This is not just a song, it’s a ritual. A coronation soaked in fire and grief. And it’s only the beginning.” – Kneel Before The King
“Concrete Heart” is the beginning of the end for King Varrian—The King of Wrath. It’s the moment he discovers the ultimate betrayal: that his queen, the one he trusted most, has been plotting to murder him for power.” Says the band about the new track. “The song captures that first seismic crack in his foundation—the grief, the fury, the disbelief. It’s heartbreak weaponized. It’s the beginning of a war.”
Kneel Before The King creates a cinematic atmosphere with their latest single “Concrete Heart.” The band leans into their ability to story-tell throughout the song’s lyrics, honing in on the theme of love that turned into wrath. The band laces the song with a mystifying energy as they peel back layers of lore that lies within the band.

Kneel Before The King, brings to life an unfolding saga that is a myth set in motion. The Florida-based group creates a chapter with each album they release, telling the stories of fallen kings. “We resurrect forgotten rulers and fractured souls through sound, telling their stories as sacred parables of suffering, betrayal, and redemption.” The band says regarding their music. “Every song is a relic. Every record, a crown buried in ash.”
Drawing inspiration from genre-shaping acts such as Sleep Token, Bad Omens and I Prevail, Kneel Before The King writes music from the bones of the past. “We believe that understanding where pain comes from is how you rise above it. Every king we write about is a mirror. Every downfall is a warning. Every album is a guide.” Says the band when diving into the influence of their lyrics.
Having their tracks engineered by the same sonic architects behind Sleep Token’s Even in Arcadia, as well as projects for Bring Me The Horizon and Bullet For My Valentine, Kneel Before The King is crafting a sonically elite and emotionally immersive soundscape. The band is currently co-producing with former Hollywood Records artist Nathan Darmody, (who has also worked with John Feldmann).
Kneel Before The King has much in store for the year of 2025 as they introduce a dystopian world that is much deeper than music. “This is a new era for us. One where identity, story, and vulnerability all collide.” The band says as they enter this new era.
