Ghost Cult caught up with Jason Asberry (vocals/guitar/bass) of the St. Louis Black Metal duo Stormruler to chat about the band. Along with his bandmate Jesse Schobel (drums/vocals) released a new album in 2022 Sacred Rites & Black Magick via Napalm Records. The band is currently on tour in Europe with Cannibal Corpse, Dark Funeral, and Ingested! Jason discussed the origins of the band, how they chose to pursue their own path in the genre,  their major tours and festivals (such as Inferno Metal Festival) for 2023, and if they would consider a full-album performance in the future!
