Last week Ihsahn revealed that his seventh solo album, Ámr, will be released on May 4th via Candlelight/Spinefarm, and today we have our first taste of the eclectic new material. The legend has shared his new ‘Arcana Imperii’ video online, along with this statement, “As with previous albums, I’ve tried to maintain a certain diversity throughout Àmr, with every track having a somewhat individual identity. So, as a first introduction, I felt Arcana Imperii contained several key elements from the whole album and was a logical choice as first single and video.”
