With the band wrapping up the “Meliora“/”Popestar” touring cycle, Ghost decided that it was time for another change. At Friday’s show in Sweden, Papa Emeritus III was kidnapped from the stage, and out walked an extremely old and evil looking Papa Emeritus. After taking in some oxygen, he announced “I am Papa Emeritus Zero. The party is over. The Middle Ages are starting now.” See below.
