EXCLUSIVE VIDEO PREMIERE: Glacier Shares a New Video “Sand Bitten Lungs”

Boston’s instrumental post-Rock giants Glacier recently released their new album A Distant, Violent Shudder. The band has teamed-up with Ghost Cult to premiere their new music video for “Sand Bitten Lungs”! A no-nonsense performance video shot at the Cyclorama in Boston, the clip highlights the band’s prowess and the brutality of the track! Watch the video at WherePostRockDwells on YouTube.

The band commented:
Sand Bitten Lungs is the final song and closing statement from our new album “A Distant, Violent Shudder”. We wanted to present a live interpretation of the song in a unique environment. We were lucky to have the opportunity to perform in the Cyclorama building in Boston that has been there for 140 years. The large, cavernous space lended itself to our music, and we think we’ve captured that in this video. One of the central themes of the album is the Dust Bowl and the parallels to the times we lived through while writing the record. The Cyclorama building, a witness to those times and these, helped connect it all to the music.
