Upstate New York’s up-and-coming rockers Cry To The Blind has shared a video for their amazing cover of 1980s classic track “Broken Wings.” Originally made popular by Mr. Mister, Cry To The Blind make their song their own by putting a killer metallic sheen on the song which is much better than a straight cover would be. “Broken Wings” follows their previous cover of Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” – which was given a similar treatment. The rising band has performed with dozens of national acts, including Alice in Chains, Avenged Sevenfold, A Day to Remember, Chevelle, Bullet For My Valentine, Sevendust, In This Moment, Alter Bridge, and many more. You can watch the video below and pre-save or buy the track as well right now!

The band commented:
“Broken Wings is a song we’ve always wanted to cover, mostly because of the emotional connection we have to the song. Any song that has a hopeful or resilient message is a song that we naturally gravitate towards. We hope that the writers find our version enjoyable, and a fitting tribute to Mister Mister and those involved in producing such an iconic track”.
