Anaheim’s Blackened Metalcore band Author’s of Fate have shared a new music video for their recent single – “Seat’s Taken!” It’s the title track of their forthcoming EP scheduled for April 26th,2024 produced and recorded by Taylor Young (Nails, Drain, Militarie Gun) at The Pit Recording Studio. The clip is either amazing or horrifying, depending on your relationship with bathrooms at metal clubs. Watch the video now!

A massive part of Authors Of Fate’s ethos is about trying to do things a bit differently. From our writing process, to recording, to our merchandise, we try very hard to give you something you may not have seen before. So, when it came time to think about doing a lyric video, we didn’t just want our logo on a screen with the lyrics scrolling by. So we thought to ourselves, “When do you really have time to sit and read?”. And considering the title of the single is “Seat’s Taken”, the answer became quite obvious: ‘the shitter!’ Luckily enough, our good friend who owns the world famous Doll Hut in Anaheim allowed us to (further) deface his bathroom walls with our lyrics, and the rest is history.”
