The band comments:

” ‘Vestiments..’ is definitely one of my favorites from the album. This track is sort of all encompassing both musically and lyrically. It has elements of very early 90s as well as a bit of a modern flavor to it. Lyrically ‘Vestiments..’ came together pretty well. When I was structuring vocal patterns I took the approach that every section should have somewhat of a chorus feel to it. All of the riffs were so solid that I felt the lyrically delivery had to be very strong in order to hold its own. The concept is simple, and as old as faith and the church itself. Power corrupts and within that structure, the clergy become the devils in which they preach against.”
