Tales from Nantucket is an illustrated collection of more than 100 limericks that he composed “out of a visceral reaction to the horrors of America in the age of Trump.”  The book releases from Unknown Controller Records and the pore-order link can be found below! In his 35 year career, Pete has become renowned for his inimitable style, his prolific career, best known for his long association with Post-Metal giants Neurosis, including the artwork on the seminal Through Silver In Blood release. “How do you cope when your president is an ignorant, shallow, stupid, cruel pathological liar? You write dirty limericks. It’s completely organic, just a collection of outbursts. I’m so glad Trump lost the election.  He brought out the worst in America. When I decided to make a book out of my limericks, I wanted to put it in together in ‘zine format. The object was to make it look like a collection of punk flyers. That’s why I called in my artist friends to make contributions so it would be broken up style wise. Input from my friends was important.”

Presented in classic anarcho-punk style, with the bulk of the art created by PETE INC. himself and featuring contributions from a who’s who of the East Bay underground music scene — folks from bands like Christ on Parade, Grimple, Watch Them Die, Black Fork, Dead and Gone, Econochrist, High Tone Son of a Bitch, and more — ‘Tales From Nantucket‘ is as visually striking as it is thought-provoking and funny.
