Kicking us off, returning British Metal heroes Earthtone9 who have released their first new music in 11 years, In Resonance Nexus. The release shows a confidence and vision of the future, with a hefty back catalogue and a legendary status, they are a band you do not want to miss.

Making their Uprising debut are the ethereal progressive rockers Esoterica, who hail from London. With four studio albums and an eagerly anticipated fifth on its way, the band will bring their atmospheric melodies, commanding vocals, and intricate instrumentation to wow audiences. They aim to captivate fans and leave them wanting more. Esoterica is for fans of Lacuna Coil, Leprous, and Depeche Mode.

Fan favourites from Uprising 6, Lowen return in 2025 armed with a brand new album, Do Not Go to War With the Demons of Mazandaran. which came out in early October through Church Road Records. They bring their powerful and passionate music, which tells ancient stories as well as the harrowing reality of life under the Islamic Republic of Iran. Lowen will bring their unique blend of Progressive/Doom Metal to Uprising 8. They are for fans of Candlemass and Bolt Thrower.

Black metal enthusiasts, Uprising are pleased to announce the inclusion of Underdark in the Uprising 8 lineup. Following their spontaneous participation in The Night Before Uprising this year, Hidden Mothers, purveyors of ethereal and post-hardcore music, return to Uprising 8. They will perform in support of their debut album, set for release through Church Road Records in November.
