Taking place at Hackney Bridge over the October 31st and November 1st weekend, the bill features acts such as Brant Bjork Trio, Dopelord, Belzebong, and more. Heavy Psych Sounds Fest invades London’s Hackney Bridge venue this Halloween with two nights of earth-shaking riffs and mind-bending psychedelia! Get ready to feel the desert rock swagger of Brant Bjork Trio, the witchcraft-heavy doom of Dopelord, and Belzebong’s slow-motion, smoke-choked sludge as they drag you into the abyss. Argentina’s cultists Mephistofeles will weave their Sabbathian spells with devilish grooves, while Weedpecker’s lush, fuzz-soaked harmonies and 1782’s apocalyptic dirges shall collide in a storm of heaviness.
Italy’s Giöbia are set to take you on a space acid trip, Tons will thicken the air with marijuana-worshipping filth and Komatsu will deliver precision-tuned Dutch sludge with gut-punch intensity. In the meantime, Ananda Mida will lull you into hypnotic, meditative doom while Fvzz Popvli erupt with high-octane fuzz fury and local heroes Death Wvrm seal the deal with cavernous, suffocating heaviness.
