Music industry mogul and bassist for Ozzy Osbourne, Rob “Blasko Nicholson has joined Stoner Doom label Ripple Music as the new Executive Vice President of A&R/Special Projects! Blasko already works with Clutch, High on Fire, and Black Label Society, Liquid Death 100% Mountain Spring Water (Editor’s notes: Ghost Cult is an affiliate) and more. He has already signed hia first band to the label and more news is coming soon!

It’s not very often that I get to announce news like this!  

You may know the legendary Blasko as the bass player for Ozzy Osbourne (previously Rob Zombie and Danzig) or as the manager of such monumental heavy bands as Clutch, High on Fire, and Black Label Society, but now you’ll get to know Blasko in his new role.  

Executive Vice President of A&R/Special Projects!

Blasko is teaming up with Ripple to personally curate a special series of releases direct from the underground! Blasko has carte blanche to hand pick the bands he finds most exciting, work with them, executive produce, and guide them as only he can.   With his years of supporting the scene in person,  his prior podcasts and current Volume Forever podcast, and his lifetime of experience on some of the biggest stages in the world, few are better suited to curate special releases than Blasko. 

First band has already signed on with us, and you’ll get announcements soon.  Let’s say it’s killer underground band you’ve been hearing about from the little state of Texas.
