Italian progressive metallers, Athena XIX, have revealed another new single, “The Calm Before the Storm.” It is taken from their upcoming album, Everflow Part 1: Frames Of Humanity, which will be released on December 6th, via Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM). Check out the new track and more below.

Everflow Part 1: Frames Of Humanity was produced, recorded and mixed by Gabriele Guidi, Fabio Lione and Simone Pellegrini. The stunning cover artwork was created by book and music cover artist Dusan Markovic.
