Troubled Minds Share Their Single and Video “Full Circle” – New EP Coming Soon

Post-emo band, Troubled Minds, have unveiled their new single, “Full Circle,” along with an official music video. It follows their recent tracks “The Things We Mend,” and “The Way Back Down,” with all three taken from their upcoming EP, Full Circle, set to be released on April 11. Check out the new video below.

“Full Circle” is a song about the journey of growing up and feeling proud of how far you’ve come. The lyric ‘Shook a lot of hands and figured out who I am, and who I’m not’ captures the essence of navigating relationships—both good and bad—and discovering yourself through those experiences.” – Troubled Minds

“Full Circle” has a distinct high energy that hooks listeners in from the moment the track begins. Guitar tones chug alongside gritty vocals making for the perfect pair. Troubled Minds showcase their originality while staying cohesive with their previously released singles.

We’re excited to share our latest collection of songs, which we’ve titled Full Circle. Throughout the writing process, we experienced a lot of “full circle” moments. One example that stands out is how the first concert I ever attended as a kid was a Man Overboard show. Fast forward, and we ended up recording the EP with Nik Bruzzese from Man Overboard. That first show was at the Nile Theater in Mesa, AZ. It’s crazy how things come full circle: we played our very first show at the Nile back in 2013, and for a while, it became a regular spot for us. However, there was a gap between 2016 and 2021 where we didn’t have any shows there. But while writing these songs in 2022-2023, The Nile became our most-played venue, and we used it as a home base for tour kick-offs and shows for our out-of-state friends—another full circle moment for the band. On top of that, you could even say my writing style has gone full circle. Back in high school, the bands I was in had this pop-punk/punk vibe with hints of melodic hardcore, and this EP really reflects that. It’s got a nostalgic feel but also introduces fresh sounds, making it a perfect blend of the old and new.” – Troubled Minds.
