“We’ve always believed in being loud about what we love,” said The Audacity vocalist Tyler Carter, “and right now, we love giving back. The ‘Big Damn Charity Jam’ is chaos for a cause, and just in time to ignite a little holiday spirit.” Added guitarist Dru DeCaro, “This isn’t just another show for us, it’s a reminder that music and community is a power bigger than all of us. If we can bring even a little light or help to people through an event like this, then that’s the kind of band The Audacity wants to be.”
Guitar Center Music Foundation is sponsoring the Big Damn Charity Jam concert and will be donating instruments to Musicians on Call. In addition, Guitar Center Music Foundation will be providing a musical instrument as well as merch for a raffle at the show. Attendees can make an additional donation at the show to enter to win. The event also features Dewayne, Garzi, TJ Minor and Kanner, and System of a Down‘s Shavo Odadjian will be signing and donating one of his basses for a raffle at the show.
