CONCERT REVIEW: DVNE – Allochiria Live at Gazarte

It was a perfect Saturday date night in Athens on May 24th to watch and capture UK’s Prog Metal artist DVNE alongside Greek band Allochiria opening up the show at Gazarte Music Venue.

The two acts have been touring all over Europe, with three stops in Greece, bringing the post-sludge sounds to the Hellenic crowd.

DVNE performed hits from throughout their career, with vocal sharing between main guitarist and vocalist Victor Vicart, bassist Dudley Tait, and keyboardist Maxime Keller. They made a surprising closing in their encore, performing with an old and popular classic “Of Blade and Carapace,” which also featured the singer of Allochiria, Irene.

DVNE have recently released Live at the Biscuit Factory under Metal Blade Records on May 2nd, 2025 after the release of their third studio album, Voidkind (also Metal Blade) in 2024, having found new modes of expression after taking on keyboardist Keller.
