GWAR appeared on the Howard Stern Wrap Up show on Halloween, and delivered an amazing cover of ‘Silver Nickels and Golden Dimes’ for all the SiriusXM subscribers. This track was written by Howard Stern when he was in the Sixth Grade, and GWAR decided to put their own spin on it, which Howard loved. Here’s what Stern had to say, “I’m very honored, by the way, that anybody records my song, but I have to say, they took a lot of liberties with the song. I do like their version better.”
